Our team is composed of a handful of highly experiences individuals.

This allows us to treat every request of our clients with personal care and attention and be very reactive in terms of the time that we need to tailor a solution to the specific needs of our clients. 

Our team members have successfully managed projects in the DRC, Zambia, Afghanistan, Oman, Kirghizstan, just to name a few locations.  In each country where we operate, we also engage with local partners, which we select with duty and care. 

We favor hiring a mix of expatriate professionals but also engage local talent to ensure a robust and solid team ready to solve any issue in a timely, professional, and most appropriate efficient manner.

Our team has a wide range of solid recognized skills in the fields of security, finance, social, public, and governmental relations, mining industry, oil industry, logistics, trading and other.

Our key partners in the company have had extensive management and on-ground experience, with several key management members of our team with more than 30 years of professional experience in complex terrains, some others as much as 20 years.
